The background looks pretty nice, but my guess is if the moon is all the way on
the left, then the background should get progressively darker as you move to the
right, and it looks to me like the darkest patch is right in the middle. It is
a minor quibble of mine, though, and I don't really look out at night much, so I
could be wrong in this matter.
I do like that you made the right half the dominant side, since all my desktop
icons stay on the left half of my screen :p

less icons on the desktop, the shift to the right doesn't matter too much, but
for me, I'm quite pleased that you did shift her, since I have a lot of stuff I
use regularly on my desktop o_O.
It is an MMORPG. I played it a bit at the beginning of last summer, but I don't
recall ever seeing that character you have in the game itself (it's definitely
not one of the playable characters, and the NPC's tended to be generic-looking,
if I recall).
The wall itself isn't bad. I'm not a huge fan of orange, though, so I'm
inclined to say it's a bit too orange, and I'm not sure that the bars at the top
and bottom are the best matching color (if they even need to be there at all).
Those are fairly minor quibbles on my part, though, and like I said at the
beginning, this isn't a bad piece of work.
I'm pretty fond of the background; it's nicely done, but it doesn't draw
attention away from the figure. And the figure itself fits in fairly well with
the overall atmosphere (I don't think she's from Da Capo, though :p).

opinion :p (making the same comment on each one seemed somewhat excessive). And
since I'm a big fantasy reader and (former) long-time mudder, I'm somewhat
partial to elves as well o_O
